Che Rises is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all individuals who engage with our services.

1. OUR COMMITMENT

We will:

• Promote safe and supportive environments
• Maintain professional boundaries
• Take concerns seriously
• Act in the best interests of children and vulnerable adults

2. SAFEGUARDING CONCERNS

 

Any concern regarding the safety or welfare of a child, young person, or vulnerable adult will be taken seriously and handled appropriately. Where necessary, concerns may be referred to relevant safeguarding agencies, local authorities, emergency services, or other appropriate organisations.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared with Che Rises will be treated confidentially.
However, confidentiality may be breached where there is concern that an individual is at risk of significant harm, abuse, neglect, exploitation, or danger.

4. REPORTING CONCERNS

Individuals are encouraged to raise safeguarding concerns promptly so appropriate action can be taken.

5. REVIEW

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective and appropriate
