COMPLAINTS POLICY

Last Updated: 01 April 2026

1. Our Commitment to Excellence

At Che Rises, we are dedicated to providing the highest standards of advocacy, coaching, and strategic support. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. We view complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve, and we are committed to handling every concern with professional integrity, empathy, and transparency.

2. How to Raise a Complaint

If you feel that our services have fallen short of your expectations, please let us know as soon as possible. Complaints should be submitted via email to management@cherisescoaching.com. To help us resolve the matter efficiently, please include your full name, the nature of your concern, and any relevant dates or documents.

3. Our Response and Investigation Process

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt. A full internal review will be conducted by our management team, which may involve speaking with you directly to gain a deeper understanding of the situation. We endeavour to provide a comprehensive written response within 14 working days.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All complaints are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Information shared during the complaints process will only be accessed by personnel involved in the investigation and resolution. All personal data handled during this process complies strictly with our Privacy Policy and relevant UK data protection regulations.

5. Resolution and Continuous Improvement

Our goal is to reach a resolution that is fair and satisfactory for all parties involved. Following the resolution of a complaint, we conduct a post-review to identify whether systemic changes are required. This ensures that every piece of feedback contributes positively to the evolution and elevation of our services.
